About Yomassage™ Moab
where therapeutic touch, mindfulness, and yoga-inspired restorative poses combine to create a
luxurious massage experience in a small group setting
Each class includes hands on massage from a licensed massage therapist, guided self-massage with the use of therapeutic massage balls, and hands-on adjustments. This is not just another yoga class. It's another way to receive massage and learn self-massage with the use of breath work and conscious tension release.
Classes are 75 minutes long and have a limit of 8 students per class. For classes greater than 4 participants, there will be an additional Yomassage™ therapist present ensuring you have plenty of hands on massage time. Participants hold positions for 5-10 minutes as they receive targeted massage therapy.
Mindfulness and guided breath work are an integral part of the Yomassage™ experience. You can expect to leave the session in a state of deep relaxation.
